- It varies by project and unit type. Most projects offer flexible downpayment terms — typically spread over 12-36 months, with reservation fees starting around PHP 20,000 to PHP 50,000. Once you inquire, I'll send you the complete breakdown for the specific project you're interested in.
- You can pay in cash, through bank financing, in-house financing, or Pag-IBIG. Different projects also offer different promos — sometimes there's a discount for spot cash, sometimes zero interest for bank financing, and so on. We'll discuss which option best fits your cash flow.
- The basics: a valid government ID, proof of billing, the reservation fee, and a signed reservation agreement. For bank financing, you'll also need your ITR, a certificate of employment, and bank statements. I'll give you the complete checklist after our consultation.
- Absolutely. I have many OFW clients. You can reserve remotely via video call and e-sign documents. There's also a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) option if you have a family member here in the Philippines who can handle on-ground tasks for you. I'll guide you through the whole process.
- Usually around PHP 20,000 to PHP 50,000 depending on the project and unit type. The good news: your reservation fee is deductible from your total contract price — it isn't an extra cost. It's also refundable within a specific period if you change your mind.
